One-day canoeing trip on the Wda river from Borsk to Wojtal in Tuchola Forest in Poland. Beautiful nature, a little exercise and by the way you can visit the ancient Stone Circles in Odry.
We rented kayaks in Borsk and we started kayaking on the Wda Canal.
The channel is wide and not too deep. The river flows quite slowly.
After less than two kilometers of sailing down the canal, you should move your canoes to the river.
Here Wda flows quite quickly and in some places the river is narrow and winding - it's really fun.
Canoeing is a nice way to relax. The river is wide in some places and there you can rest and enjoy nature.
Wda (Czarna Woda) river about 198 km long. Wda flows out of the Krążno lake near Bytów, flows through Kaszuby, Bory Tucholskie, and close to Świecie flows into the Vistula river.
Canoeing on the river a great idea for active rest in nature. Such a trip can take several hours or even a few days.
Wda is not a difficult river, it should not cause problems even for non-advanced canoeists.
Canoeing trip through Bory Tucholskie
There is a pine forest on the right bank of the river - this forest is typical for the Tuchola Forest.
Wda flows along the nature reserve Stone Circles in Odry. It is worth taking a break in the rafting, mooring a canoe and visiting this unusual ancient place.
