Sucha Beskidzka is a city located in the basin in the mountains of the Beskid Mały and the Beskid Makowski in southern Poland. We visited Sucha Beskidzka twice during holidays in Polish mountains in Zawoja near Babia Góra in May. The first time we visited Sucha Beskidzka during rain, the second time we came on a beautiful and sunny day.

The Renaissance castle in Sucha Beskidzka from the 16th century, due to its architectural similarity to the Royal Castle in Krakow, is called the Little Wawel.
The City Museum in the Castle in Sucha Beskidzka is the perfect place to spend a rainy day. There are several interesting exhibitions in the castle halls.

The legend says that in this interior Mr Twardowski met with Mephistopheles. You can come here for lunch or dinner, drink coffee, tea and a good mulled wine or beer.
