Tourist attractions in Mallorca

The azure sea, the amazing green of Mediterranean pines, the stunning smell of orange, blooming flowers, herbs and coniferous forests, rocky steep mountains, climatic wild beaches in small bays and historic cities - Majorca is a wonderful island.

What to see in Majorca?

I especially recommend the northern, mountainous part of the island - trekking on the Serra de Tramuntana and small climatic towns: Valldemossa, Banyalbufar, Port d'Andratx, Sóller, Port de Sóller, Alcúdia. Landscape lovers must definitely see the Formentor peninsula - preferably at sunrise or sunset.

In Mallorca you can also visit monuments and big cities. It's worth seeing the capital of the island of Palma de Mallorca and monumental monuments: La Seu Cathedral, La Almudain Palace, Bellver Castle, Llotja de Palma.
