The Wda River is 198 kilometers long and is a left tributary of the Vistula. It begins its course in Lake Krążno, then flows through the Kashubian lakes, such as Wdzydze and Gołuń, before reaching the Tuchola Forest. The river meanders, creating picturesque bends and gorges, and its banks are forested and sometimes steep.
