It is worth to park the car in a side road and go to see this panorama - unfortunately the road is narrow and quite busy - you have to be very careful. There are large paid parking lots in the city center. If you are going to spend more time here or go trekking in the mountains as we do, you can also try to park the car a little further from the center for free eg in the vicinity of the police station.
