Investment Apartments in the Center of Gdańsk
For centuries, Wyspa Spichrzów served as Gdańsk’s economic hub. Dozens of granaries once stood here, storing grain transported along the Vistula to the port. During World War II, most of the buildings were destroyed, and for several decades the area remained largely undeveloped despite its prime central location.
A turning point came after 2010, when a comprehensive reconstruction of Wyspa Spichrzów began. The new buildings were constructed from the ground up, but their architecture deliberately references Gdańsk’s historical structures – narrow facades, vertical divisions, varied heights, and steeply pitched roofs echo the layout of the old granaries and townhouses. The exteriors feature brick, light plaster, and large windows facing the Motława River.
The island’s location near the historic city center makes the apartments attractive not only for living but also as an investment for short-term and tourist rentals.
