In common speech, Gdańsk is associated with the Main City, whose heart is the Neptune Fountain. However, not everyone knows that it is the Main City, not the traditional Old Town. In reality, Gdańsk has an Old Town, located further north from the Neptune Fountain. Although it is not called the Old Town, it hides many landmarks that can compete with those of the Main City.
