Gdansk Carousel
The Gdańsk Carousel is a unique attraction located at Targ Rybny in Gdańsk. It was specially created for this city, inspired by traditional Venetian carousels. It features two levels, stands 11.5 meters tall, and has a diameter of 12 meters, allowing for a ride for 78 people at once. On board, there are hand-painted sculptures of horses, chariots, teacups, and benches that move to the rhythm of stylish music. All figures are movable – galloping, swaying, and spinning. Additionally, the carousel is decorated with hand-carved ornaments and paintings depicting key elements of Gdańsk's architecture and landscape: St. Mary's Basilica, Long Market with the Main City Hall, the Crane, and the seacoast.
