Lake Jamno

Lake Jamno, located on the Baltic Coast, is the ninth largest lake in Poland. Formerly a bay, now separated from the Baltic by a spit, it delights with picturesque views and rich wildlife. The lake covers an area of 2200 hectares, with an average depth of 1.4 meters and a maximum depth of 3.9 meters. It's ideal for water sports and fishing, offering catches like bream, pike-perch, eel, perch, carp, roach, and pike. Lake Jamno is a popular spot for recreation; in summer, you'll find sailboats, kayaks, and windsurfers enjoying favorable conditions. A boat trip on the "Mila," accommodating up to 51 people, lasts about an hour, departing and returning to the pier at 32 Chrobrego Street in Mielno (location marked on the map).
