Ads on our website (no profiling)
Our website may display one identical advertisement to all users. This placement is general and does not use profiling or advertising cookies.
External advertising and remarketing (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram)
After you give consent for advertising cookies, we activate marketing tags (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel) that enable:
measuring campaign performance, creating audience groups and tailoring ad content outside our website (within Google and Meta services).
The scope of data includes, among others, cookie/device identifiers, information about visited subpages and events (e.g., page view, clicks, order/“purchase”), and campaign parameters (e.g., UTM). Providers: Google Ireland Ltd./Google LLC and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd./Meta Platforms, Inc.
Data may be transferred outside the EEA (e.g., to the USA) with appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
Without your consent to advertising cookies, these technologies remain inactive.
Recipients of data
Data may be shared with entities processing it on our behalf (hosting, IT support, analytics and advertising tools, payment systems) and with the advertising platforms indicated above—to the extent necessary for the purposes described.
Storage period
We store data for the time necessary to achieve the purposes (provision of services/handling your case), until claims become time-barred, or as required by accounting regulations. Cookies—according to your browser settings and tool providers’ parameters (typically from session cookies up to 13–24 months).
User rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (in cases specified by the GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Profiling and automated decision-making
On our website we do not carry out profiling for the display of personalised ads. Ad profiling may occur outside our website (within the Google/Meta ecosystems) only after you have given consent to advertising cookies.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and backups.

Our website may display a non-personalised advertisement (the same message for everyone). Its display does not require advertising cookies.
You can manage your consents in the banner (“Cookie settings”) and in your browser settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal. Disabling cookies may limit some functions of the website.
